Inspired by the extravagant costumes worn by the Follie’s dancers of the early 1900s, this statement dress features an exquisite, embellished cape integrated into the dress. The elegant, flattering neckline is adorned with signature Needle & Thread frills, while the skirt is developed of layers of signature Needle & Thread soft tulle for romantic styling.
